About Realm Guard — Tower Defense

Realm Guard is a fantasy tower defense game. Enemies march along a winding road toward your base, and you place towers beside the road to stop them. There are four kinds of tower, each with three upgrade levels, and five kinds of enemy, including flyers and a boss. Survive all fifteen waves. How to Play Realm Guard — Tower Defense

Objective

Defend your base for all fifteen waves.

Starting a game

You begin with 200 coins and 100 base health. Choose a tower, tap a building spot and confirm, then press Start Wave.

Rules

  • Archer Tower: fast arrows that can hit ground and air units.
  • Cannon Tower: slow shells with splash damage, ground units only.
  • Frost Tower: slows enemies down.
  • Lightning Tower: chain lightning that jumps between enemies.
  • Enemies include Goblins, Wolves, Iron Orcs (armoured), Dusk Bats (flying) and the Troll Chieftain boss. Each enemy that reaches the base costs health.
  • Defeating enemies and finishing waves earns coins which you can spend on new towers or upgrades.

Winning and losing

You win by surviving wave fifteen. You lose when your base health reaches zero.

Tips and Strategies

  • Build near road corners where enemies pass your tower for longer.
  • Add Frost Towers in front of strong towers to give them more time to fire.
  • Remember that Cannons cannot hit flyers; keep Archers or Lightning for bats.
  • Upgrade a few well-placed towers instead of building many weak ones.
  • Use the preview to prepare for armoured units and bosses.
