Dominoes uses a double-six set of 28 tiles dealt seven to each player. Play a tile whose half matches an open end of the line; if you cannot, draw from the stock. Choose Draw Dominoes, where you score the pips left in your opponent’s hand, or All Fives, where open ends that add up to a multiple of five score points. The first player to one hundred points wins the match. Play Dominoes free online in your browser — no download or sign-up needed.

How to Play Dominoes
Objective
Empty your hand first, and be the first to reach 100 points.
Starting a game
Seven tiles are dealt to each side and fourteen stay in the stock. The player with the highest double starts the first round.
Rules
Play a tile with a half equal to one of the open ends of the line.
If you cannot play you draw tiles until you can; with an empty stock you pass.
Draw mode: the winner of a round scores the pips left in the other hand.
All Fives: after each play, open ends that add up to a multiple of five score that many points (a double on an end counts twice); the winner of a round also scores the opponent’s pips rounded to the nearest five.
If both sides pass in a row the round is blocked: the lower hand wins and scores the difference.
Controls
Mouse or touch: click or tap a tile, then an end if you can play on both
Keyboard: N new match
Winning and losing
The first side to reach 100 points wins the match. Rounds are won by emptying your hand or by having the lower total when blocked.
Tips and Strategies
Play your heavy tiles early: they cost more if you are caught with them.
Keep a range of numbers in your hand so you can always play.
In All Fives, look for plays that make the ends add up to 5, 10, 15 or 20.
Count which numbers have been played to guess what the computer holds.
Doubles are harder to place, so use them when they fit.
Luck plays a part in every game, so no strategy can guarantee a win.
