Rules

  • Violet tiles mean the letter is in the word and in the right place.
  • Amber ring tiles mean the letter is in the word but in a different place.
  • Faded tiles mean the letter is not in the word (or you have used it more often than it occurs).
  • Only words from the game’s word list are accepted as guesses.
  • The word of the day changes at midnight in your time zone. Practice mode picks a random word.
